هنگامی که سر و کلهء اردک نادرماندارین درداخل و اطراف Lake Deer پیدا شد، علاقه مندان به پرندگان و عکاسان حسابی به هیجان آمدند.
از این اردک، که بعضی آن را به عنوان “ زیبا ترین اردک در جهان ” نام می برند، روز یکشنبه در Lake Burnaby عکسبرداری شده است.
به نظر می رسد که این اردک جذاب در روبروئی با عکاسش Zaheen Rhemtulla اصلا خجالتی نیست.
آلاینا، دختر یکی از تماشاچیان گفته است که : مادر من امروز در برنانی لیک پارک بوده و عکسی از دو اردک ماندارین گرفته است ؛ اردک نرپرهای رنگارنگ درخشان و اردک ماده پشت خاکستری داشته است . اردک نر بر روی تکه ای از چوب پریده است تا برای عکاسی ژست بگیرد. این پرندگان بومی شرق آسیا هستند و هیچکس واقعا مطمئن نیست که آنها چطور به اینجا آمده اند. آنها آنقدر زیبا هستند که فقط باید به آنها نگاه کرد. مادرم فکر کرد این عکس، ارزش به اشتراک گذاری با دیگران را دارد.
